Elevate your chili with ranch-style beans for a hearty and comforting dish, ideal for a debate night feast!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 0.75 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans ranch-style beans
Instructions:
  • In a large pot over medium-high heat, crumble beef and add onion and garlic. Brown beef completely for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain excess grease and return pot to heat.
  • Mix diced tomatoes, beef broth, diced green chilies, chili powder, brown sugar, oregano, cumin, and salt into the beef. Stir in beans and bring to a boil.
  • Lower the heat to medium-low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 1 hour.
