Tropical spinach smoothie with pineapple, peaches, mango, strawberries, coconut, and tofu for a protein boost.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 ounce firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup frozen peach slices
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine the spinach, bananas, tofu, coconut, peaches, pineapple, mango, and strawberries in that order. Pour in apple juice. Blend until you achieve your desired consistency, adding more apple juice if needed.
