Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (9 inch) baked pie crust
Instructions:
  • Assemble all the ingredients.
  • In a deep, narrow-bottomed bowl, mix together cold milk, pumpkin puree, whipped topping, pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice. Use an electric mixer on low speed to blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
  • Transfer the filling into the prepared pie crust. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, approximately 3 hours.
  • Garnish with whipped topping and crushed pecans to taste.
