Pumpkin Pie Push-It-Up Pops

Enjoy Thanksgiving pie in a new way with our push-it-up pops featuring Betty Crocker™ cake, pumpkin, and cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 18 push-up pop containers
  • Additional pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat 36 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Combine cake mix, pumpkin, water, oil, eggs, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl. Mix with an electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Increase speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl occasionally. Fill each muffin cup two-thirds full with the batter.
  • Bake for around 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Transfer the muffins from the cups onto a cooling rack and allow them to cool completely for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Next, combine the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice with the frosting.
  • Prepare the push-up pops: Place 1 mini cupcake into each container. Spoon a generous teaspoon of frosting on top of each cupcake. Add another mini cupcake on top of the frosting. Decorate with dollops of frosting and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Serve with joy.
