Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1.5 teaspoons Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable**
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Diamond Crystal® kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon Light whipped topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Roll out the pastry on a floured surface to 1 inch larger than the inverted 9-inch pie pan.
  • Gently place the pastry into the pan, then shape and trim the edges for a professional finish.
  • Combine pumpkin, creamy evaporated milk, and eggs in a mixer until fully combined. Incorporate remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture into the ready pastry shell.
