Elevate your cookie game with quadruple chocolate chip cookies bursting with a mix of white, milk, semisweet, and peanut butter chocolate chips!
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips (such as Reese's®)
Instructions:
  • Using an electric mixer, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl until creamy. Mix in eggs and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, whisking them together. Blend the flour mixture into the butter mixture until just combined. Gently fold in white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips. Chill dough in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap, until firm for about 2 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Using a spoon, place dollops of the cookie dough 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until cookies are lightly browned and puffed up. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
