Quinoa fish cakes

Delicious user-created recipe. Not taste-tested by our team.
Ingredients:
  • 300g white quinoa, cooked
  • 1.20 gm sea salt
  • 375g can salmon
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml chives, finely chopped
  • 80.00 ml parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 60g breadcrumbs (I recommend wholemeal or multi-grain)
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix quinoa, eggs, salt, and salmon. Stir in onion, chives, parsley, and garlic. Add breadcrumbs and mix until fully combined.
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat oil. Shape mixture into sixteen 2cm thick patties and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until they turn a delicious golden brown.
