Ingredients:
  • 8 dried chile de arbol peppers, stemmed, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons yellow or black mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 0.5 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
Instructions:
  • Pulse dried chiles de arbol, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, peppercorns, and cloves in a spice grinder until finely ground. Mix in turmeric. Keep stored in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months.
