Red bell peppers are a vitamin C powerhouse, packing five times the daily requirement in just one pepper!
Ingredients:
  • 350g chinese cabbage
  • 350g cabbage
  • 1/2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 40.00 ml sunflower seeds
  • 75.00 gm tahini
  • 20.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 131.25 gm orange juice
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together wombok, red cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green onion, and sunflower seeds.
  • Prepare the Tahini and orange dressing by combining tahini, vinegar, and orange juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the cabbage mixture and gently toss to blend. Present the slaw beautifully on a serving platter and serve promptly.
