Instructions:
Combine soy sauce, wine, lemon juice, oil, Italian seasoning, ginger, garlic, onion powder, and black pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, seal, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Heat up your outdoor grill until it reaches a medium-high temperature.
Skewer the chicken and set aside. In a small saucepan, bring the marinade to a boil over high heat.
Oil the grill grate lightly. Grill the chicken for about 8 minutes on each side, while basting with the sauce multiple times until the juices run clear, indicating it's cooked through.
