Ring in the New Year with a tangy raspberry margarita!
Ingredients:
  • 2 limes
  • 14.40 gm sea salt
  • 300g frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 6.00 gm pure icing sugar
  • 90ml tequila
  • 40ml triple sec liqueur
  • 750.00 ml ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Cut limes in half. Slice a wedge from 1 lime, then squeeze the juice from the remaining halves to get 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Spread salt on a plate and use the lime wedge to moisten the glass rims before lightly coating them with salt.
  • Create a velvety mixture by blending the lime juice, raspberries, and sugar until smooth. Then, delicately strain the mixture into a jug before cleaning the blender.
  • Blend the mixture in the blender with tequila, triple sec, and ice until slushy. Pour the slushy mixture into prepared glasses and serve.
