Sip on our delightful raspberry apricot sangria, bursting with fresh fruits, white wine, and a hint of lemon-lime fizz for a light and refreshing treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed
  • 2 cups apricot nectar
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) white wine or non-alcoholic white wine, chilled
  • 1/4 cup apricot brandy, if desired
  • 2 cans (12 ounces each) lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
  • 1/2 pint (1 cup) fresh raspberries
  • Lemon and/or orange slices, if desired
Instructions:
  • Puree thawed raspberries in a high-speed blender until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer into a small bowl using a wooden spoon to remove seeds.
  • Combine the raspberry puree, nectar, wine, and brandy in a 2-quart nonmetal pitcher. Right before serving, stir in the carbonated beverage, fresh raspberries, and lemon slices. Serve over ice for a refreshing drink.
