Cozy veggie-packed family classic for cold nights.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pkt Diced Butternut Pumpkin
  • 600g pkt Beef Ravioli
  • 2 x 425g tubs Nature’s Kitchen Pasta Sauce
  • 120g pizza cheese
  • 210g Nature’s Kitchen 5 Grain Ciabatta Filled with Garlic & Parsley Spread
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 220°C while the pumpkin cooks according to packet instructions.
  • Boil the ravioli in a large pot of water for 2 minutes until tender, then drain.
  • Layer ravioli, pumpkin, pasta sauce, and cheese in the ovenproof dish, repeating twice and finishing with cheese. Bake until golden and heated through, about 20 minutes.
  • Cook the ciabatta according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Plate the ravioli bake alongside some freshly toasted ciabatta.
