Ingredients:
  • 900g pkt cooked lamb shanks with red wine sauce
  • 350g pkt cheddar mash
  • 82.50 ml finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 40.00 ml chopped pistachios
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp orange zest
Instructions:
  • Prepare the lamb according to the package instructions, and heat the mashed potatoes as directed.
  • Prepare a flavorful gremolata by mixing together the parsley, pistachios, garlic, and orange zest in a small bowl. Don't forget to season to taste.
