Reese’s™ Peanut Butter Cup™ Cookie Skillet

Indulge in a decadent, gooey giant skillet cookie loaded with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Minis and peanuts. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an irresistible treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • Vegetable oil, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1/3 cup chopped cocktail peanuts
  • 1 bag (8 oz) Reese's Peanut Butter Cups™ Minis
  • Vanilla ice cream, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Combine the cookie mix, oil, water, egg, and peanuts in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Mix in 1 cup of peanut butter cups. Press the dough into the bottom of a 10-inch ungreased cast-iron skillet and top with the remaining peanut butter cups.
  • Bake for 26 to 30 minutes until edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean. Avoid overbaking. Let it cool on a rack for 15 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream using a large spoon.
