Indulge in decadent chocolate peanut butter cookies with a shortcut twist.
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
- Water, oil and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
- 1 cup Reese's Pieces peanut butter candies
- 24 Reese's peanut butter cups miniatures, unwrapped
Instructions:
- Prepare cookie dough following the package instructions. Gently mix in the peanut butter pieces. Spoon rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart, and lightly press down to slightly flatten.
- Bake at 375°F for 10 to 13 minutes. Top each cookie with 1 peanut butter cup right out of the oven, lightly pressing it into the dough. Let cookies cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to cooling racks to cool completely.
