Whip up a quick one-bowl snack cake with irresistible baked-in candy, no frosting necessary!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped Reese's peanut butter cups miniatures
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9-inch round cake pan or 8-inch square pan with shortening and lightly dust with flour.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat all ingredients (except candies) on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping the bowl constantly. Increase speed to high and beat for 3 minutes, scraping occasionally. Pour the mixture into the pan and sprinkle with candies.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy warm or cooled.
