Indulge in irresistible gooey bars using Betty Crocker™ double chocolate chunk cookie mix for a quick peanut butter-chocolate fix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • Oil, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 3/4 cup (from 14-oz can) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup (from 8-oz package) Reese's minis peanut butter cups, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese's peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup cocktail peanuts, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously coat the bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine the cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom of a pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Combine condensed milk and creamy peanut butter in a small bowl, then spread evenly over the baked crust, ensuring it reaches the edges. Sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and peanuts evenly over the top. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until bubbly along the edges. Cool completely on a rack for about an hour before cutting into 6 rows by 4 rows.
