Prepare a quick and easy five-ingredient recipe with minimal prep time.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pkt dried rigatoni pasta
  • 125g sliced salami, cut into thick strips
  • 250.00 ml fresh basil leaves
  • 350g Tuscan antipasto mix, oil reserved
  • 250g ctn smooth ricotta
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in generously salted water until perfectly al dente. Drain and return to the pan.
  • Combine salami, basil, antipasto mix, and reserved oil with the cooked pasta. Season generously with salt and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Portion out the pasta mixture into individual serving bowls. Add a generous dollop of creamy ricotta on top and finish off with a sprinkle of fresh ground pepper.
