Elevate your pork loin with a flavorful sweet and spicy rub featuring GOYA Adobo seasoning and spices.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 pound) boneless pork loin roast
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon packed dark brown sugar
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and cover a roasting pan with shiny aluminum foil.
  • Combine chili powder, adobo seasoning, cumin, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Dry the pork thoroughly with paper towels. Massage the pork with the spice mixture and transfer it to the roasting pan.
  • Roast in the oven until the pork is beautifully golden brown, approximately 35 minutes. Ensure an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center reads a minimum of 145°F (63°C).
  • Place the pork on a serving platter, cover loosely with foil to keep it warm, and allow it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
  • Present dish with flavorful pan drippings.
