Roast Beef Pot Pie

Create irresistible Bisquick® pot pies effortlessly!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cubed cooked roast beef
  • 1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a 3-quart saucepan, bring the beef, gravy, frozen vegetables, and seasoned salt to a boil, stirring constantly. Let it boil and stir for 1 minute. Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Combine Bisquick mix and milk in a small bowl until fully blended. Pour the mixture evenly over the beef.
  • Bake without a cover for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
