Elevate wild rice with smoky fire-roasted peppers.
Ingredients:
  • 255g (1 1/4 cups) wild rice blend
  • 200g fire-roasted marinated red pepper strips, thinly sliced
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 62.50 ml loosely packed fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • Boil the rice in a large saucepan of salted water according to the package instructions until tender. Drain thoroughly and place it back into the pan.
  • Combine the peppers, oil, and coriander, stirring until fully mixed. Serve the rice mixture in serving bowls right away.
