Roasted Romanesco with olive oil, garlic, paprika, and salt - perfect fall side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 head Romanesco (also known as Romanesque cauliflower or Romanesco broccoli), cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or more to taste
  • 2 grinds fresh black pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and elegantly line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place the Romanesco on the baking sheet and generously drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and salt for a burst of flavor.
  • Roast until tender in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
