Indulgent blonde brownies loaded with pecans, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips for a deliciously diverse twist.
Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Then, liberally grease an 11x7x2-inch baking pan to prepare it for the dish.
  • Cream together butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each before adding vanilla with the last egg.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then mix into the butter mixture until just incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans, then spread the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
