Citrus and herb marinated grilled shrimp.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup lime juice
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions:
  • Combine oil, lime juice, lemon juice, and vinegar in a large bowl, whisk until well blended. Add cilantro, parsley, basil, garlic, crushed red pepper, salt, and black pepper, mix until fully combined.
  • Coat shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, tossing occasionally.
  • Preheat your grill to a perfect sizzle. Take the shrimp out of the marinade, gently shake off any extra, and bid farewell to the leftover marinade.
  • Grill the shrimp in a basket on high heat, shaking occasionally, until they turn pink and opaque, for about 5 to 6 minutes.
