Create a luxurious rosemary lemon roast turkey with just 5 ingredients for a stunning meal.
Ingredients:
  • 6 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 lemons, cut into fourths
  • 12- to 14-pound turkey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Stuff turkey cavity with rosemary and lemon quarters. Set turkey, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan. Brush with oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • Roast the turkey uncovered in the oven for 3 hours 30 minutes to 4 hours, until a thermometer inserted reads 180°F and the juices run clear when the thigh is cut. Allow the turkey to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
