Effortless and quick sweet rosewater rhubarb dessert perfect for entertaining. Ready in 10 minutes or less.
Ingredients:
  • 350g trimmed rhubarb, chopped
  • 40.00 gm water
  • 1 tsp rosewater
  • 2 x 200g tubs vanilla yoghurt
  • 50g pistachio
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, combine rhubarb, sugar, and water. Cook covered on medium heat for 5 minutes, then let it sit for an additional 3 minutes off the heat. Stir in rosewater and let it cool.
  • Distribute the rhubarb evenly among 4 glasses. Add a dollop of yogurt on top and finish with a sprinkle of pistachios. Serve right away.
