Tangy grapefruit cocktail perfect for party guests who love a bitter kick.
Ingredients:
  • 310ml (1 1/4 cups) Tanqueray Gin
  • 750ml (3 cups) tonic water, chilled
  • 1L (4 cups) ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 pink grapefruit, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 200ml lemon and barley cordial
  • Ice cubes, to serve
Instructions:
  • Place a generous amount of ice in a punch bowl and gracefully pour in 310ml of Tanqueray gin.
  • Combine tonic water, fresh grapefruit juice, lemon barley cordial, and a generous amount of ice in a glass, stirring until well mixed.
  • Serve, garnished with grapefruit slices.
