Elevate Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix by mixing in mini marshmallow bits, rolling in graham cracker crumbs, topping with chocolate chunks, and baking for a delicious S’mores inspired treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1/3 cup vanilla marshmallow bits
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Combine the cookie mix, softened butter, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Gently fold in the marshmallow bits for added sweetness and texture.
  • Form the dough into 12 balls, each about 3 tablespoons in size. Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs from a small shallow bowl. Arrange the coated balls on lined cookie sheets, leaving 2 1/2 inches of space between each one.
  • Gently press down on the cookies; sprinkle dark chocolate chunks on top.
  • Bake the cookies until the edges are golden brown, around 14 to 16 minutes. Let them cool for 2 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack. Allow the cookies to cool completely for about 30 minutes. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
