S’mores martini recipe

Elevate the classic espresso martini with a luxurious s'mores twist featuring rich chocolate and torched marshmallows.
Ingredients:
  • 200g milk chocolate, chopped
  • Coles Chocolate Fudge Topping, to serve
  • 2 Arnott’s Granita biscuits, finely crushed
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 125ml liqueur
  • 80ml vodka
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, gently melt the chocolate with the milk over low heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture turns smooth. Transfer the mixture carefully into a heatproof jug and refrigerate for 2 hours until chilled.
  • - Pour the chocolate topping into a shallow bowl and spread the biscuit crumbs on a plate. - Dip the rim of each glass in the chocolate topping, then coat it with the crumbs. - Put the remaining chocolate topping in a sealable plastic bag, cut off a corner, and drizzle it into each glass.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Line a baking tray with foil. Thread marshmallows onto bamboo skewers and cover exposed ends with foil. Place on the lined tray and grill for about 2 minutes until marshmallows are lightly toasted.
  • Combine the milk mixture, Baileys, and vodka in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Alternatively, combine in a large jug and stir well. Pour the mixture evenly into glasses and garnish with toasted marshmallows.
