Transform classic s'mores into a delectable summertime sheet-pan dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust loaded with marshmallow cream and chocolate pudding.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups finely crushed graham crackers (46 squares)
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Jell-O™ Cook & Serve chocolate pudding & pie filling mix (not instant)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 jars (7 oz each) Kraft Jet Puffed marshmallow creme
  • 2 cups (from 8-oz container) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
  • 1/4 cup coarsely crushed graham crackers (2 squares)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously coat a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine the Crust ingredients in a medium bowl, using a fork to blend them well. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before proceeding.
  • In a 4-quart saucepan, cook milk and pudding mixes over medium heat for 10 to 14 minutes until it boils, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Pour into baked crust, spread evenly, and cool for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Before serving, discard plastic wrap from filling. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and marshmallow creme using an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in whipped topping. Spoon mixture over chilled pudding layer and spread evenly.
  • Microwave the frosting in a small microwavable bowl on High for 10 to 15 seconds or until it's thin enough to drizzle. Then, use a fork to drizzle the warmed frosting over the dish and sprinkle 1/4 cup of graham cracker pieces on top.
  • Cut the dish into bite-sized squares. Store any extra pieces in the fridge covered.
