S'more Ice Cream Pie

Indulgent pie with s'mores flavors - graham crackers, chocolate, and toasted marshmallows.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 (28 ounce) package chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows, or enough to cover the top
Instructions:
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until fully mixed. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish, shaping the crust with a spatula and your fingers for a smooth finish.
  • Chill the crust in the refrigerator until perfectly cold, for at least 30 minutes.
  • Fill the crust with chocolate ice cream using a small ice cream scoop, then smooth it with a spatula. Create a ring of mini marshmallows around the inside of the crust and cover the top of the ice cream with the remaining marshmallows, gently pressing them into the ice cream.
  • Chill until solid, about 2 hours.
  • Caramelize the marshmallows using a propane blow torch, ensuring quick and even browning for a slightly charred finish. Chill the marshmallow topping in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours, then slice and serve.
