Impress your guests with delightful Bisquick shortcake pops for a perfect dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips (12 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon shortening
  • 36 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with rounded ends)
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Measure Bisquick mix by lightly spooning it into a measuring cup and leveling it off. In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, sugar, and butter until a soft dough forms. Spoon out 6 portions onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack. Allow them to cool completely, about 20 minutes.
  • Break the shortcake into crumbs in a large bowl using your fingers. Stir in the marshmallow creme until a dough forms, pressing with the back of a spoon if needed. Shape the dough into 36 one-inch balls (it will be slightly sticky) and place them on a cookie sheet. Insert craft sticks into the balls without piercing all the way through, then gently squeeze the shortcake balls around the sticks. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Melt chips and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Dip shortcake balls in the chocolate mixture and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Place on foam to harden and enjoy! Store in the fridge and let them sit at room temperature before serving.
