S'mores Bars

Elevate classic s'mores without the campfire.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (10.5 oz) miniature marshmallows (5 1/2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips (9 oz)
  • 5 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box (13 oz) Golden Grahams™ cereal (8 cups)
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 13x9-inch pan by greasing it with butter and set aside 1 cup of marshmallows. In a 3-quart saucepan, melt chocolate chips, butter, corn syrup, and the remaining 4 1/2 cups of marshmallows over low heat, stirring occasionally until fully melted. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
  • First, transfer the crispy cereal into a spacious bowl. Next, drizzle the sticky marshmallow mixture over the cereal and gently mix until it's completely covered. Finish by folding in the additional 1 cup of marshmallows for an extra sweet touch.
  • Using the back of a buttered spoon, press the mixture into the pan. Allow it to cool for at least 1 hour, or until firm. Store loosely covered at room temperature. To make bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
