Whip up decadent s'mores bars using only 6 ingredients, with Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix and graham crackers for an easy, irresistible crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 crackers)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Press the dough evenly into an ungreased 8- or 9-inch square metal pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dough is golden brown and set. Allow it to cool completely, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips and condensed milk in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring often, until smooth and thick. Pour over cooled cookie crust and chill for 30 minutes to firm up. Enjoy!
  • Preheat the oven to broil. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over the chilled fudge filling. Broil for 1 minute, rotating the pan as needed, until marshmallows are melted and lightly toasted. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
  • Cut a batch of 16 bars into 4 rows horizontally and 4 rows vertically. For a batch of 20 bars, cut into 5 rows horizontally and 4 rows vertically.
