S'mores Mousse Squares

Indulge in a refreshing cinnamon-crusted marshmallow chocolate mousse squares - a creamy delight!
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs (30 squares)
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 2 cups chocolate fudge topping (not hot fudge topping)
  • 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • - Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13x9-inch pan. - Combine 2 cups of cracker crumbs with melted butter in a medium bowl. Press mixture onto the bottom of the pan. - Bake for 10 minutes, then cool completely for about 20 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine marshmallow creme and 1 cup of chocolate topping until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping and 2 cups of marshmallows. Evenly spread the filling over the cooled crust.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cracker crumbs and 1 cup of marshmallows over the dessert, then drizzle the remaining 1 cup of chocolate topping on top.
  • Coat a piece of foil with cooking spray, then cover the dessert tightly with the sprayed side facing down. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or freeze for up to 3 days. Cut into squares before serving.
