Cheesy hashbrown casserole with creamy chicken soup, topped with buttery crackers - a comforting side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 sleeve buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a glass 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Mix together the potatoes, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Combine crushed crackers and melted butter in another bowl, then sprinkle over the potato mixture before baking.
  • Bake in the hot oven until golden brown and bubbling, for 60 to 90 minutes.
