Whip up a quick and delicious dinner by using oven-ready salmon burgers in flavorful tortillas.
Ingredients:
  • 9.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 400g packet frozen dill and chives salmon burgers
  • 81.68 gm mayonnaise
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh dill leaves, chopped
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 125.00 ml fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cos lettuce heart, leaves separated, torn
  • 8 flour tortillas, warmed
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat oil. Cook salmon burgers for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into thick pieces before serving.
  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble burger slices, avocado, cucumber, mint, and lettuce on a platter. Accompany with dressing, tortillas, and lemon wedges.
