Delicious ambrosia salad with marshmallows, coconut, pineapple, and mandarin oranges, perfect for summer picnics.
Ingredients:
  • 3 (20 ounce) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
  • 0.75 cup shredded coconut, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine pineapple, oranges, sour cream, marshmallows, and coconut in a bowl. Seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld. Enjoy!
