Sasa's Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Protein-packed chocolate chip muffins with vanilla and peanut butter, ideal for pre or post-workout fuel on-the-go.
Ingredients:
1cupwhole wheat flour
1cupall-purpose flour
1cupchocolate chips
0.5 cupvanilla whey protein powder
0.25 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1teaspoonbaking soda
1cupmilk
1cuppeanut butter
3eggs
0.5 cupvegetable oil
0.5 cupplain yogurt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) while generously greasing the mini muffin cups.
In a large bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, chocolate chips, protein powder, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
Combine milk, peanut butter, eggs, oil, and yogurt in a separate bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour over the flour mixture and stir until just blended. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted into the centers comes out clean, approximately 10 minutes. Allow to cool in the muffin pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, around 20 minutes.
