Tangy fruit salad with pears, oranges, apples, grapefruit, jicama, mango, and zesty cilantro-citrus dressing.
Ingredients:
1 large grapefruit
2tablespoons honey
0.33333334326744 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
0.125 teaspoonorange extract
2jicama, peeled and diced
2pears - peeled, cored and diced
3oranges - peeled, sectioned, and cut into bite-size pieces
2Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced
1mango - peeled, seeded, and cubed
Instructions:
Cut the grapefruit in half, reserving one half. Juice the other half and mix with honey, cilantro, and orange extract. Set aside.
Cut the grapefruit into segments and mix with jicama, pears, oranges, apples, and mango in a large bowl. Drizzle with cilantro dressing and gently toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
