"Succulent shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat in a zesty white wine and lemon sauce, mixed with pasta shells. A crowd-favorite for its deliciousness and ease of preparation."
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package medium seashell pasta
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 0.75 cup minced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound bay scallops
  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 2 cups dry white wine
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Boil a pot of salted water, toss in pasta shells, and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes; then drain.
  • In a large pot over medium heat, sauté mushrooms, green onions, and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat and cook for 5 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Stir in wine, lemon juice, and butter, cook until heated through.
  • Combine the pasta with the seafood sauce and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
