Refreshing broccoli salad with sesame dressing and seeds. Fast and flavorful!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1.5 pounds fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) to create the perfect toasty sesame seeds. Cook them for 3 to 5 minutes until they're a beautiful golden brown, then set them aside.
  • Boil a generous amount of water in a large pot. Quickly blanch the broccoli in the boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, until it reaches your preferred level of tenderness. Drain and transfer to a spacious bowl.
  • Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Drizzle the mixture over the broccoli and toss until evenly coated.
