Sesame-Crusted Chicken

Grilled Asian chicken breasts ready in just 20 minutes, bursting with flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 1/4 lb)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki baste and glaze
  • 6 tablespoons sesame seed, toasted
  • 2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your gas or charcoal grill. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap or waxed paper and gently pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until 1/2 inch thick.
  • Mix the orange peel into the teriyaki glaze and set aside 2 tablespoons for serving. Brush the remaining glaze on both sides of the chicken. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken, press lightly with waxed paper to ensure they stick.
  • Grill the chicken over medium heat until no longer pink in the center, turning once, for 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer it to a serving plate, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of reserved glaze, and sprinkle with onions.
