Popular Chicago chili topped with Cheddar cheese and sour cream is a must-have crowd pleaser at any event.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (14.5 ounce) cans kidney beans
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle beer
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle tomato-based chili sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until perfectly browned. Remember to drain off any excess fat.
  • Combine kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beer, chili sauce, onion, garlic, chili seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, sugar, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a pot. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
