Sharon's Egg and Ham Scramble

Elevate classic ham and eggs with spicy jalapeño, creamy Cheddar cheese, and savory apple-smoked ham in a delicious breakfast scramble.
Ingredients:
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons milk, or more to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon seasoned salt (such as Season-All®)
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 0.5 cup chopped deli slices applewood-smoked ham
  • 1 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions:
  • Combine eggs, milk, seasoned salt, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté jalapeño in oil until slightly softened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add ham and cook until heated through, approximately 1 minute.
  • "Pour the creamy egg blend into the skillet and gently cook while stirring until the eggs are just set, about 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle half of the Cheddar on top of the eggs and continue cooking and stirring until the cheese is melty. Serve the eggs on a plate and sprinkle the rest of the Cheddar over the top for a delicious finish."
