Irresistible no-bake granola bars vanish in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups quick oats
  • 2 cups granola (such as Kashi®)
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seed kernels
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup raisins
  • 0.25 cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®)
  • 0.25 cup ground flax seeds
  • 0.66666668653488 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 0.66666668653488 cup honey
  • 0.66666668653488 cup light brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine quick oats, granola, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, raisins, dried cranberries, and ground flax seeds in a large bowl and mix well.
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt together peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar while stirring constantly for about 5 minutes. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal blend, combine well, then press firmly into a 9x13-inch pan. Finally, cut into 16 bars.
