Succulent grilled pork tenderloin marinated in a delectable blend of soy sauce, honey, and dry mustard for the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and salty flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup honey
  • 1.5 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 (1 1/4 pound) pork tenderloins, cut into 2-inch pieces
Instructions:
  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and dry mustard. Massage the bag to ensure the marinade is well mixed. Add pork tenderloin pieces to the bag, coat them with the marinade by squeezing the bag multiple times, remove excess air, and seal. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Preheat the outdoor grill until it's sizzling hot and brush the grate lightly with oil. Take out the pork from the marinade and dispose of the marinade.
  • Grill pork until beautifully seared and juices run clear, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Check with a meat thermometer - it should register at least 145°F (65°C).
