Sherbet and Melon

Irresistible blend of fresh fruit and creamy sherbet!
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium honeydew melon
  • 1 pint (2 cups) lemon sherbet
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 6 tablespoons melon-flavored liqueur or crème de menthe syrup
Instructions:
  • Slice the melon lengthwise, remove the seeds, then slice it into 1/4-inch pieces while cutting away the rind. Finally, cut the slices in half.
  • Create a beautiful fan shape on a serving plate with 5 half-slices of melon. Add a scoop of sherbet at the base of the slices. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of raspberries on top and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of liqueur.
