Cheesy Hasselback baked potatoes topped with Cheddar and Parmesan for a tasty twist on a classic side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons salt-free herb seasoning blend
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 6 tablespoons grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 425°F (200°C).
  • Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices, leaving them connected at the bottom. Arrange in a baking dish, fan out slices. Season with salt, seasoning blend, and drizzle with butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Sprinkle cheeses on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
